HATHA FLOW

• In Sanskrit, the word "hatha" means forceful. According to some interpretations, the term is derived from the words "ha" and "tha” refers to the sun and the moon as two phenomena that move in unison.
• Hatha Flow is a practice to synchronize the breath and movements. A Hatha class include flows from one posture to another starting with standing positions, standing balance, seated position, prone and supine positions with some pauses for added instruction following the Guru demonstration.

MORNING YIN YANG

• A gentle stretch incorporating soft breathing practice and slow body movement. A learning to embrace the beauty of being gentle to yourself - perfect for early risers!
• The concept of Morning Yin Yang is following the nature of our body. In the morning where our bodies are still getting ready for the day, most of our muscles need to be "awakened". The practice must be taken slowly and gently for the nervous system to work within the para-sympathetic nature of rest and digest.

GENTLE FLOW

• entle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Each transition of the poses are being performed slowly, following the slow-deep breathing throughout the practice. During a slow-pace transition, you may have the opportunity to build up a complementary, step-by-step practice based on the understanding of the body's needs. Deepen our connection to our bodies entirely - no experience or flexibility is required.

YIN YOGA

• This deep, meditative practice focuses on connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. The benefits of practicing Yin Yoga is to improve the flow of chi (life force) in the organs. Other benefits include making the connective tissue recover, become stronger and more elastic, increase flexibility, help to keep the joints flexible, and reduce stress levels.
• Yin yoga sequences consist of a series of passive poses. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. In these lessons we can use as many props as needed; blocks, straps and bolsters are always available to support your body in all the poses.

ASHTANGA

• Ashtanga-inspired yoga works to unite the body, mind, and breath. Mindfully follow the detailed guidance through a dynamic, straightforward, and energizing practice. This specific sequence of postures are designed for those who might not have enough time for the full primary series as it’s traditionally done.

VINYASA ALL LEVEL

• Vinyasa Flow in common physical yoga asana practice is presented as the flowing sequence of specific asana coordinated with the flow of the breath. Thus, Vinyasa Flow is known as “breath-synchronized movements”.
• The practice of Vinyasa All Level will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling within the poses. Vinyasa All Level often being choreographed and mostly consist of uninterrupted flow. The smoothly flowing sometimes almost dance-like movements. The objective of Vinyasa Flow is to find calmness in between the storm of moving chains and find stillness within the movements.
